Every now and then life hits us hard; unexpectedly.
Such as:
– Unexpected sick family members
-Our own health trouble
-Job issues
-Relationship stuff and then..
-If we have kids they could be acting cray cray too. ?
Throughout many of life traumas, a lot of the things that are going on are things we can’t even change.
Things that are completely out of our span of control.
Clearly we can’t do anything about our situation, so give it to God and let him fix it.
We already tried. #options-exhausted
So in the mean time, when things happen that are out of our control we can remember, the one thing we can control is our attitude.
We can pop off on someone, however it isn’t going to change anything in regards to what we are going through at that moment.
Let’s find a way to respond that brings peace to the situation.
Question of the Day- How can we respond to chaos in a way that brings us joy and peace?
- Scripture of the Day-Philippians 4:8-9
Hum Masterpiece by Jonathan Traylor to relax.
One of my favorite songs!
Read! Music! Church!
yes!!! All the above helps, especially music and church.
I like to chew gum, hum, worship, or just look at pretty things like makeup, hair, and nails videos on YouTube! ??
I might try the chewing gum to see if that helps too!
