This is my year – everyone shouted! It seems like this is the constant cliché heard every January. But, some kind of way between January and December momentum is lost and goals and or resolutions are thrown to the side. But, what if this could really be your year?
How can you keep your foot on the gas all year and be all gas no brakes?
To reach this point, it takes intentionally. You must be intentional in planning out your day and or week. You also have to anticipate hiccups and prepare a plan of action before hand. A person looking to lose weight has to know eventually they will be offered junk food or desserts. To plan for perfection is to plan to fail. Life happens swiftly and you have to prepare a plan to get back on track when you lose motivation or have accountability partners already in place.
As you make your goals and or resolutions be intentional, prepare a hiccup plan in advance, revisit your why and give yourself small rewards for milestones along the way.
